We guarantee our products for one year against manufacturer defects. This limited warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not apply to abuse, misuse, unreasonable wear and tear or damage due to moving products after original delivery. Urbia Design reserves the right to repair product to customer's satisfaction before replacing.
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for delivery. If damage is visible, inspect the content of the package. Please reject the shipment if product is damaged. Be sure the driver notes the damage and contact the Urbia Design office.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as you sign for the package. In the event that you receive defective or incorrect item, contact our office by e-mail , and we will replace it at our cost and have the item picked up. DO NOT ship product back through the post office, and be sure to keep all original packaging to return the product as it was received.
To return product to Urbia Design contact our office by e-mail within 14 business days of receipt of your order for further instructions. All returns must be approved and are subject to a restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for all credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
